Sr. Recruiter, McLean, VA

We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Recruiter to drive the development and implementation of proposal efforts and recruiting strategy for the Client Intelligence and Security Team.

The Sr. Recruiter will work with the proposal recruiting team and various business leaders.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to use your skills to establish sound relationships with your business and candidates, create recruiting strategies to ensure success in filling requirements, stellar research of industry, develop a strong network of passive candidates, work collaboratively with team and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest in our industry.

This position is fast paced on a fun and cohesive team.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent recruiting techniques and innovative ideas to lead to overall success of the business.

Other duties will include consulting with business on staffing and recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity mandates, compensation guidelines and other client processes.

Prescreen candidates, provide candidate summaries to hiring managers, coordinate and follow up on interviews and lead remaining hiring/closing efforts.

Manage and update candidate activity in an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Follow up with and address candidate questions throughout the process.

Update report of weekly candidate activity; provide input for other reporting.

Experience collaborating with teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelors or equivalent

Skilled at partnering with hiring team to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.

Strong analytics with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

Excellent skills managing people and measuring data.

Strong understanding in security clearance requirements specific to the Intelligence Community Experience with Applicant Tracking System, preferable Kenexa.
