Implementation Support Specialist, Roswell, GA

Supporting leadership for the development, implementation and ongoing continuous improvement of S&OP processes, metrics, systems, organizational capability and structure, across all client businesses globally.

This position will provide support to the ongoing implementation of our global S&OP template across the globe.

The position will primarily focus on implementing improvements to the details of the S&OP strategies, principles, processes and systems, while additionally evaluating & improving the component steps of the S&OP cycle (portfolio, demand, supply & integrated financial review) to ensure each is receiving the best inputs, making the best transformations and passing on the highest quality outputs.

The incumbent must be able to engage with senior leaders from Business Leadership, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to influence direction, ensure understanding & validate compliance with the S&OP strategies & cycles.

This role will support global workshops to establish an improved top down approach to S&OP ownership & sustainability and support global rollouts of the S&OP cycle in all regions and businesses of client.

In coordination with S&OP & Demand Management leaders in business units & countries, support the conduct of S&OP and DP assessments and provide ongoing direction on continuously improving performance.

Position will centrally coordinate & facilitate the implementation of a selected S&OP systems, if approved during the contract period.

Position will be assigned into the client leader of the S&OP program. In addition to S&OP above, the role will support on as needed basis the rollout of demand planning across the globe in a similar fashion to S&OP.

The DP program is underway and may require some additional support in implementing both process & tool.
